Return Policy
RETURN POLICY:
- Items are allowed to be returned, as store credit ONLY, within 3 days of the package's delivery date.
- All items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, scent free, undamaged, and with tags attached). Items that are not in their original condition will not be accepted for a store credit refund.
- All marked down items/ sale items/ discounted items are FINAL SALE.
- All jewelry and accessories are Final Sale.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- All in person perchases are nonrefundable.
Damaged Items
- All items are inspected for flaws or damages before being sent out.
- We are not responsible for damages once an item has been worn or washed.
- If you believe that you have received a damaged item then you must contact us @shoploveherwildbtq@gmail.com within 3 days of your package’s delivery date.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen please understand that we are not liable for this. This action must be between you and USPS. Once your item has been marked as delivered then the situation is completely out of our hands.
We recommend that you
- Check to see that the shipping address is correct
- Check with your local USPS to find tracking for your package
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange your item for another size then you must return your item back to us. After your item has been approved then you will receive store credit. You then can use that store credit to purchase a different size. Please wait up to 5 days for your store credit to be sent. We are not responsible for being out of the size that you want for an exchange.
